Return Policy Overview

At Vemora Beauty, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Damages and Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we are committed to making it right.

  1. Reporting Window: You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
  2. Requirements: Please email hello@vemorabeauty.ca with your order number, a clear photo of the damaged item, and your proof of purchase.
  3. Evaluation: Once we evaluate the issue, we will notify you if a replacement or refund is approved.

Refunds

If a refund is approved due to damage or an error on our part:

  1. Processing: Your refund will be processed within 2 business days.
  2. Bank Processing: Once issued, it typically takes 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  1. Personal Care Goods: All beauty and skincare products are final sale.
  2. Sale Items & Gift Cards: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  3. Hazardous Materials: We do not accept returns for flammable liquids or gases.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
